We’re Patrick and Lauren Cundiff—husband and wife, business partners, and the duo behind Thirty-Seven Ops.

Our story goes way back—we’ve known each other since 7th grade! Fast forward to today, and we’re living in the Phoenix area with our three amazing kids (one daughter and two sons), building both a family and a business side by side.

With years of combined experience in virtual business support, we saw an opportunity to bring our skills together. That’s how Thirty-Seven Ops was born—a company dedicated to helping other small businesses grow by providing fractional operations support.

We know firsthand what it’s like to juggle big goals, family life, and all the moving pieces of running a business. Our mission is simple: to streamline systems, strengthen operations, and give you the clarity and support you need to hit your goals with confidence.
